I am selling the domain as well as the Blog posts and forums for $60 and no FP Cash.

1. I will be paying for the renewal. (You would then be able to own the domain till : 18 November 2013)
2. IPBoard software on board not included. (If you have your own license, then I can leave it as it is, you would just have to put your license key. All the custom coded plugins and the theme is free.)
3. Blog is a wordpress site hosted on LiquidServe servers, I could let you host the whole blog as well as forum free for one month, or you are free to move
4. I will help you in setting up and transferring your site to your host, and I will be able to assist you in handling stuff upto 1 month.(Skype preferred)
