I live in Australia and I do not want to pay for a flagship phone. I currently have a Xiaomi Mi A1 and think that maybe, some time around October this year (2019), I will want to buy a replacement. I prefer the less expensive end of the phone spectrum. I have looked at a Xiaomi Mi Max 3 and wonder if the Mi Max 3 Pro will be out by October and if it will be cheap or expensive. I'd like something about AUD 250 or a little less. But AUD 300 is acceptable if the phone is a good one. Any suggestions?
Oh, I should mention that I may also want a new Tablet by then too. I have a Teclast X98 Air 3G that I bought in 2015 and it still works fine. It runs both Windows 10 Home and Android 5. It can make telephone calls under android and that is something I'd like the new tablet to do too. I have seen a Samsung Tab 1 2019 online and it looks good, and there's a Huawei that runs Android 9 but I don't know if it can make telephone calls. Anyway, does anybody here know if the Huawei tablets with 4G connectivity can make telephone calls?
