Planned or not?

Do you like things to be carefully planned or do you prefer to just go with the flow?

I prefer a mixture of the two. If I can get away with planning things out, I would go with that.

I always plan ahead. Like with the site! There had another big update and before I upgraded I did an full backup, I plan ahead of what bad results can happen then I did testing before the full upgrade

That is one of the big things webhosts and other places recommend. Wouldn't want anything to happen by accident if an upgrade goes south.
