The forum is great. I've been with mattiebo through almost the whole process, and he wouldn't strat advertising til he KNEW the forum was ready.

and the banners are on a randomizer, which changes from a different PS3 game/charcter each page load. It's a neat concept, that does work.
 
thanks for the views and compliments, i aim to work on the banners to make them fit in with the skin more, but for now advertising is my main focus 🙂

i am really determined to make PSNF work, i love gaming and i love forums and making this forum has been a brilliant experience for me 🙂
 
I think you're doing a brilliant job with the forum!.
I like Playstation and that is a nice way to show it off.

Here are some nice ideas though!
Idea 1!!!
Try making multiple themes if you can all the same but maybe with different colour XMB Background 🙂.

Idea 2!!!
Replace the Icons under PS3 News and PSP News
You can do better than that 🙂.

Problem 1)
The Affiliates box at the bottom does not fit the page and goes over the borders.

I'm using Firefox. 3.0.10 to view the website in.

you're first idea was an orginal concept idea for PSNF, and so it is already there. members can choose between 5 different colours (red, green, blue, yellow and black/grey) but there are also different game themes that you can have for games such as Resident Evil 5 and Loco Roco 2.

Pretty good site, tho I'm not a fan of the red background persay, still think everything else looks good. It's just that after the graphic to the side, it's just a red bar down on both left and right sides. Maybe it's just me with my monitor or settings but I don't know xD
 
the resolution of your computer/moniter will change how the image looks, on my moniter, the image fills up the whole of the screen, as i am on 1024 by 768 resolution, however, there are different colours, and backgrounds to suit different tastes, 5 colours of the XMB wave design, and (at the moment) 4 game backgrounds (LittleBigPlanet, Resident Evil 5, Loco Roco 2 and InFamous)

i have 5 colours, can anyone suggest a better background colour for guests?
