First Impressions - (Out of 20)
I personally think the skin fits the theme of your forum quite well. Whenever I thin of PS3, I think gray colors, which is what your forum is all about. I also love the changing banners. Great job! 🙂
Only thing is that I can't see the New Posts/Old Posts icons. I'm not sure if that's just my computer, though.

I think you have too many forums and categories. This makes your forum look inactive.
You should start off with a smaller amount of forums & categories, and as your forum grows, increase them. I personally wouldn't have a forum for each genre, it's just a waste of space in my honest opinion.

Your forum is doing quite well considering it is only about a month old. You could definitely work on getting some more members though. Try advertising on bigger PS3 forums. The amount of posts your forum has isn't bad, but it has the potential to be more.

I do agree on the part of too many sub-categories for each genre of the system. And, Just to let you know, that he's been working on this for a little over a month, and would not advertise until it was ready. He didn't want to rush it, and he just started advertising about 3 days ago.
