I'm sorry but you can't install mods on free forum hosting sites like myfreeforum.org and freeforums.org

You can only use mods your host has installed.

You need ftp access to be able to edit the core phpBB files and to upload additional files for the mods. Free hosts don't offer this as they run off 1 set of files so if anything is edited in one file it affects all forums.
