The structure is pretty brilliant - I wouldn't change a thing. I love that your business oriented forums are placed above your introduction forum and that you merge the overrated and rather unnecessary feedback and announcement forums. Your structure is sound, logical, and straightforward... perhaps a bit too straightforward. You may want to think about spicing it up a bit with some witty forum titles. The tricky part is balancing 'clear and understandable' with 'witty and original.' Just a few suggestions. :great:

I think the layout is really good however one thing that I personally urge all forums to do is at least have the announcements forum at the top of the page because that is the most important forum as it contains the latest news and all.

The layout overall is still pretty good, But I advise having the Business Advice Community Area at the top of the list rather then second to bottom, just my opinion though.

It's common to have the Announcements, Feedback and Introductions forums as the first category, but the way you've done everything else makes it work. I like it, personally, and the fact that your titles are so straightforward and not witty doesn't bother me at all.
