Please help me somebody...
I am working on various websites, but after this Google update(Panda) some of my site lost their rankings, i want to know why it happened with my sites.
Please help me webmasters...
Please its really a serious matter for me.

was your content unique? that is one of the biggest issue.

I dissallow all ads on my sites untill the Thread creater changes his wordings (i check to see ads are not same as on other sites) as it will be someone elses text that can lead as well for google panda issue.

Content is the main issue. You need to check the update and work accordingly to get your website back in the top position on their next update.

what kind of website Google Panda is going to affect.
1. A website with low quality (Thin content)
2. A website which works as content farm
3. A website with useless pages indexed in Google (Same as content farm)
4. A website with improper SEO structure
5. Duplicate content
6. Too many advertisements
7. Poor grammar
8. Slow site loading time
9. SEO over optimization (Black hat SEO)

Another likely scenario is poor quality backlinks.

What to do now is essentially start again. Build quality SEO content, and get quality backlinks (in other words don't buy them, and don't list them on "junk" directory sites).

If you have unique content, you should also see Google Penguin guidelines, perhaps you SEO structure has affected your search ranking because Google now does not like so many backlinks with C-Class issues.
