First off, please remove the auto-starting music. If I want to listen to music on a website, I will press play myself. Why? What if I am already listening to my own music fairly loudly and then I visit a new website, and now there's another song overlaying the current one. That's a problem, and I am likely to never return to that website.
You said the stop/pause button was at the bottom? Maybe it is, but I didn't stick around long enough to find out. And I suspect most others wont either.
Instead, put the music player at the topic of the screen, and allow the user to hit play when/if he or she wants to.
Next, fix the spelling and grammar, so that the site at least sounds professional, to an extent.
Lastly, try and find a short but efficient domain name. No one wants to have to remember, much less type, a domain that is as long as the one you currently use, especially with .web.com added at the end.
As a tip, right now 1and1 is offering .com domains, completely free for the first year. That might be something to look into (hurry before the offer ends, though), and you can always cancel it later before any money is charged, if you find you do not have the funds to continue.

The grammar is horrible, the background music NEEDS to go, Freewebs or whatever they call themselves now sucks, phpBB sucks, I could go on.

You should either get cPanel hosting or choice other “Create Free Website” hosts. Their many free cPanel hosting like WeHostYour.Info or 000WebHost. If you can pay $4 a month I would highly recommend Hawk Host. If you have no money or do not know how to use a cPanel and how to crate web page you should try Weebly. For your forum host you should try Pro phpBB.
