A Q&A with Amir and phio_chan
Before we start with the questionnaire, I would like to clarify that reviewers are not obliged to register at the website/forum they are reviewing. We usually ask for test/dummy accounts if we need to view the website/forum as a registered user. If there are features or sections only visible to registered users, kindly provide us a test account so we can see the whole content properly.
Questionnaire:
My theme good enough?

Regarding your theme, I will have to say that you still have rooms for improvements. First is definitely your header/banner. There is currently none at the moment, and it makes me feel like the forum is a bit empty and lonely. At least you can put your forum's title there, and modify it further to make it better. You can also work on your category/forum icons; you have the legend for those icons but I don't see them active on the forums. Perhaps a code problem. At least you can fix those, or even better find customized icons which match your forum's theme. The color blue is quite easy on my eyes, but you can also try to make it more colorful to gain attention from visitors. The theme has more aspects you can explore, so keep on doing your best to find what you can do!
How can I improve my forum?

There are various aspects about a forum which can be improved on, from technical things like appearances to content. In your case, to be specific, I would recommend fixing the theme and adding more content as starter. Few things about the theme has been said on previous points, and I will go deeper on content on the next point. One thing I want to highlight here is about choosing the main idea (I call this as 'identity') to present and work on that the most. Your forum so far seems to be a general discussion forum. This niche is popular so you will need to find special things you can offer to members to make people join the forum. First things to improve in the beginning, in my opinion, are appearance and content. You can later support the forum by advertising it on other websites/forums (without spamming, of course) or using exchanges or other services to help boost the exposure and activity of the forum.
You also seem to have many sections currently, and many of them are still empty. New forums are usually better to start off not too big to make it easier for you and members to build on content. Forums can be expanded as time goes by, so it is okay to start simple. By being simple, you can invest more time on fixing the technical things (including the category/forum images and descriptions) and adding content.
Can you help me by creating new thread?

No, unfortunately I cannot help you on that. Reviewers are here to help you by providing second opinions. If you feel like you run out of ideas for new threads in the forum, given the sections you have, you can probably draw some inspiration from reading news posts or articles around the internet, newspaper, or on TV. For example, in your 'Reading' section you can probably feature popular titles nowadays, like The Hunger Games series. Or in your 'Hobbies' section you can talk about some strangest hobbies in the world, or hobbies which can be beneficial to health, and so on. Try to think outside the box when adding content to bring variety to the discussion.
