Your Quick Review
Pros:
The overall template is nice, but I'm not seeing much creative effort put into it. There's no banner, the board icons are default, premade, with the template used. The color choices were an excellent choice, and makes the forum really attractive, but after all this time; it would be a smart move to think of personalizing some of the forum to go with your actual theme. Wether it's anime, or internet radio, or both?
The site seems very, very active. I'm very impressed with the very high post count, yet you have a rather small member account. Not saying it's bad, it's actually good. The fact you have less members, with more posts. Most forums, it's the oppsite ( more members, with less posts). Your forum has something good going on, that keeps the members coming back for more.
Cons:
The title to the forum is a little misleading. I immediately think of Anime, and expected to see plenty on the subject matter. Instead, there's nothing to do with anime on the theme, not even a banner for the forum; all there is is one topic for anime/manga discussions. This feels more like a general discussion forum. I know it has a deal to do with Internet Radio, and may AnimeAMAZE is the name of your broadcast; and subject in which you broadcast on ... Just I would expect more on anime. Not just one board, which is actually placed in the middle of other sections.
Another thing that needs some work, are the board descriptions in each section. I get many forums like these, and always have to point this out, and most realize I'm right on the money when I do. It seems you made boards, which is a long process, so, when it came down to typing out descriptions, you just made them quick and easy. Discuss "insert board title" here! as the description. Nothing grabs my attention, they just look to generic, and quickly posted up and rushed to hurry and get the forum up and running. Now that your forum is doing good, it's time to go back, and fine tune the details.
Your site has a massive flaw, and I know it can't be just me. I have never had this happen on any other forum I have ever been on. No matter what I am doing on the site ... after one minute ( I'm not exaggerating, every minute on the minute ), everything disappears off the page. All except for the board nav links at the top, and the phpBB info at the bottom. The complete forum body itself disappears. It doesn't matter if I'm on the homepage, reading a topic ... I was even trying to watch an anime trailer posted on the site ... everything disappeared. It's very annoying, and actually making it hard to review the site, cause I have to keep clicking out, then re-entering. (

Final/General Thoughts:
I'm still confused a little on the site's main theme. I see Internet Radio under thwe title, but Anime is in the title. Truest me, I'm sure you know, and your members do, it's just you have one shot with "guests" and need to be sure they know as soon as they find the site.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
The activity. No doubt about it. There's definitely something big going on at this forum, and I see nothing but much more success to come.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
No lie. I've had to X out and reclick the link over 30 times during this review, and I'm not kidding, but it's probably an Opera issue that you guys posted about. Just had to point that out again.
But, really. As I have said again and again, it's the uncertainty of exactly what the forum's main goal is. It was confusing when first logging on ... and even after reviewing, I'm still a little confused. Trust me, guests who don't get it within the first 5 seconds of logging on, won't stick around for too long.
