Damo, I'm not having a digg or anything, but I've seen a few threads in here and in the graphics section that you'll say your going to do, but never end up doing them.
If you can't complete your request, then don't say you will do it in the first place.
It's nearly 6PM in the UK now, and I can't see you completing this for then.

Number of Members: You have 23 registered users, not bad. Try to promote your site around all the promotion websites. Get your forum heard.
Number of Active Members: I can't really tell who is active, but your doing a good job. Keep promoting, get your friends to join and help you.
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise): You have 303 posts, not bad but as I have said, keep promoting. Encourage your members to post, maybe give a prize away or do a referral contest.
Appearance (first impressions): Your forum looks great, I love the way you set it up. It made me feel welcomed.
Layout:: Your layout is fabulous, I absolutely love it. Nice job,
Moderation: Your moderators do a nice job and they keep the forum tidy.
Activity: Your activity is alright for having 23 members, as I have suggested. Promote your forum as much as possible.
