Sorry Carmad, I was itching to do a review, and this one has been sitting here about 48 hours...
First Impressions - (Out of 20)
When I first saw your site, I loved the template. I see the template and the colors a whole lot, but the stand out. I also notice the organization and the spelling and grammar. Another thing I loved about it was that the front page told guests about the site. Thats great! I would do nothing diffrent in this section.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The layout of the website as a whole is great. I could find all I needed to easy. The layout of the forums and such is fine, but there could be some changes. Of course, you start with the intros and all of that, but I think you should move the PHPBB section down about once. Plus, you might want to add some more sections to the Off-Topic.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
You currently have 35 members and 384 posts. This is an OK ratio.. Thats about 10 posts per member, and thats not great. I would encourage posting and joining the forum a little more. Perhaps try a littl more advertising. Advertising is free in most places, but like on Yahoo or Google, it does cost. All I can say is get your members to post more.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I see that, at the moment, you only have yourself as staff. This is good and bad. The good side is that you have a good ratio set up with staff:members. The Bad part is, you need about one G-Mod for your forum to start. When starting a forum, try to have yourself and one G-Mod, thats all. So, hire a G-Mod, and you will be great!

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
To be honest, the Spelling and Grammar section is always the hardest for me. I see a few spelling and grammar mistakes, but nothing big. I would encourage a montly to bi-weekly check of the forums and the dispays etc to make sure that all of the spelling and grammar is correct. At the moment, I see nothing wrong, and everything is shiney.

As you said the main thing is trying to get more members and post on there which seems to be proving quite hard, but this of course is almost always the case when starting a forum.
