The skin you use is good and popular with many forums (of course in different colours). Your logo looks very good and fits in nicely in between the 2 green things on both sides (my screen is 1280x800), then I made it do the logo over laps them which looks even better to me as the is no black between them, but then with people with bigger screens there be more of an black line on both sides.

I think that you have made your layout good with all the consoles apart. Also I think that most of the forums are active. I would say that it might be a bit long as I need to do a lot of scrolling to get to the bottom of the page.
