Add more posts, seems as if you've only got around 5ish posts. Although they do have good content.

The ad on dating sites is kind of weird for a medical blog, though I don't think your in control for that.

Buy a hosting plan or at least a domain.

I wish I did have better control over the ads, but I don't.

In regards to the domain, when I get some money together I will certainly buy a domain.
