Number Of Members: I notice that you have been open for at least 4 months and have 33 members. I don't think that is really impressive, I've seen forums that have more than 30 members in at least a month or two. I really want you to advertise more often and submit your forum to search engines and topsites. Also find any type of contest that seems to reel members in. 4/10
Number Of Active Members:The amount of active members is really at it's minimum. According to a MOD that you have on the portal, it seems that you had 3 active members out of 33 members in the past 24 hours. As I suggested above, I really hope that you add contests and new content into your site, which will improve activity, also sending mass emails. 3/10
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): When I look at the amount of posts and the time this forum has been open, I think its pretty great. But, some of your posts are dated back quite a while, I suggest adding content to the forums with old content. 7/10
Appearance (First Impressions):When i first look at the forum, I think the dark skin is great for your type of forum. It makes it look mysterious, except for the logo, which doesn't have anything related to your forum. It seems to show a picture of Voldemort( I don't know how to spell it) which I think doesn't revolve around the forum. Also, on your portal, I think that the pictures of different paranormal things should be removed or moved to a different place, because of the space that the one picture takes up. Also I hope you are going to change the logo. 13/20
Layout: The layout of the forum is not good, seeing that all your forums are not in any particular order. Also every forum seems to be on its very own category. You should try to order the forums and delete some of the categories, moving your forums to another category that relates to the topic. As for the portal, I think the portal is really unorganized and the menu also confuses me. You should remove the chatbox or put it as a link on your menu, which you can redirect to another page. 5/20
Moderation: The moderation of your forum is fair, having 1 Admin and 2 moderators, I think you wouldn't need to hire any more staff in the coming future until the 100 member mark. But theres a downside, which is that one of your staff members have been inactive for a while. You have to remind your staff member about the forum as well. 8/10
Activity: I notice that the activity is really and it's downfall, one of your moderators weren't on for quite a while. Most members are also never on, having 1 member at a time. You can try to mass mail everyone, calling the mass mails newsletters for those who haven't been on for a really long time. 4/10
Spelling and Grammar The spelling and grammar is a major part that you need to improve on. Every letter in any word on the forum is just capitals. It doesn't make is look attractive, and that you have to improve the COPS ( Capitals, Organization, Punctuation, Spelling ). Also, posts made by the Administrator of the site, are really bad, they have to improve the English they use, although the spelling is alright. Also, the rules forum has improper English. If you were to want to reel in more members, i suggest you improve the English on everything on the forum, and your posts. Although, the moderators have better English, which sort of helps. 5/10
