I really like the colors of the forum, the colors are very unique for a web hosting forum. I see that the colors are yellow/black/blue/white which really look nice together. The Gradient looks really good on the forum and makes it look decent. What I do prefer is that you get this color changed to yellow or white. (link to image of what I mean) http://prntscr.com/3oosdj
Logo :
Logo looks very clean, but something I would prefer is that you change the icon to something more relevant, if I looked at your icon I would think your forum is general. Maybe even add in some subtext to make it look good but it overall looks really clean and just nice.
Activity : I see that you all are about 1 day old or so and that you already have 143 posts and 54 topics which is amazing! Your promoting staff or whoever has promoted it, has done a great job! Already with 8 members in one day, quite impressive.
Negatives
Layout :
Layout is really simple and just really plain. The simple login/register area next to logo and some stats on the bottom. Add in some plugins that will make it shine and look a bit more better, maybe a sidebar.

I changed our logo to a 'blue wifi' sort of thing.
I couldn't change the bottom bar color (I changed it but the text was in bold, didn't look clear on white bg color. So, reverted back)
And I will certainly think about plugins.
The ad is weirdly sized. Like the picture is smaller than the box.
The logo is really plain.
It seems like you are trying to copy webhostingtalk.com....
If you are going to add a blogging section, add every section for every other site. It is wrong to just have one section for blogging and not one for everyone else.
It looks really plain... I don't really like it.
The ad at the bottom/footer should be centered just like the one at the top/header.
