Appearance (First Impressions):
Upon visiting your site for the first time. I noticed that the design isn't really interesting and lacks the "I want to join this website" I also noticed that you have way to much sections, I would strongly suggest making more subforums so that NOT a lot of forums show. I also noticed that you have a bar going across the screen at the top, That allows guest to noticed that they should join or are not logged in. I think this is one of the ways people do get members, Because I would join to get rid of it. Overall you have some items to fix. But nice job keep up the good work.
Overall mark for Appearance 8/20
Layout:
The layout for your website is very plain and not appealing what so ever. I noticed it lacks all the stuff forum templates need to be successful upon getting visitors to join your website. I would strongly suggest changing how the forums look to more suit your need with the kind of website you are currently running.

Number Of Members:
I think with your website being just about everything, I think that you should have way more members than you really have. I would suggest maybe advertising on some websites, Or getting some of our packages to gain some more posts for your members/new members to post upon. Like I said you don't have a lot of members and should gain some more.

The Number of Posts you have for the number of members you have is fairly good, I think that you guys could do better. However I think that by letting more non staff post instead of it all being members. This would show visitors that members like being on your website there for would join and be a part of your community.

Moderation:
There was a lot to look at because you run a lot of sections, However I noticed that some topics, Were not moderated correctly and some staff didn't look much interested within the website. I also notice that you have way too many administrators for the amount of members you have maybe by making some of them global moderators instead of Admins, Could make your website look better, As the only people upon visiting that I saw was staff and this is not good for a growing community.

Activity:
The activity is not good at all, I noticed that rarely people come on your website, I also noticed that they just post and then rarely come back. This usually means that your lacking stuff to do for members. I would suggest maybe finding more fun things to do to keep your members in tack with your website. It's always good to have something for your visitors to do. While they are on your website.

The spelling and grammar are not a major factor in your website, As you have spelled and used proper language upon your website. Keep this up. Because this is a major part of making a great growing community.
