Plugins/Addons/Mods You Can't Live Without

We all got some plugins that we immediately install after we setup a forum software. What Plugins/Addons/Mods can you not live without, and install as soon as you can?

Also seo plugins and better captcha.

On phpBB, I would not be able to operate a board without the skip after post.

The two lines of script that prevent it from saying Your message has been posted, redirecting you to your post.

A points system of some kind. I mean I have done without one for a couple of projects I've done. But usually I have one and it seems a lot better to have it.

Yeah, I dont think i could Imagine a forum without a points system, they all have them thesedays.
