Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
You have a very nice lite theme added to your site. It looks really nice and is easy to navigate with. Everything I need is right there, it gives me all the information on hosting, the good things about Pluto, and has really fast great access. Now on to the forums.
Your forums all show "Closed for Posting.". Why are all of your forums locked? It doesn't make much sense, and your forum theme seems so generic. Try intergrating it with your main theme to make it an easy transistion. Everything seems all bunched up too, try and remove some of the ads off of the index page, it is really hard to access the forums with the big ads right there in your face. Under posts or any other position on your forum would be a better spot.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
As stated earlier, your ads are a huge problem right at the top of the index. I would move those to a better, less intrusive position. Your forums looked well set up. Everything looks in order and in place. I do not, however, understand "The Pit" and what it does for the forum. It is alone and just doesn't fit in, some clarification on this part would be nice.
I would get rid of the Top 5 stats. You are a hosting forum, posts aren't supposed to matter, it is a support and order forum. I would remove that, it just doesn't make sense there

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The stat bar will not tell me how many posts you have, but considering the number of members you have active, it seems pretty poor. Staff is a thing you need for a hosting company, but you need to get customers, even if you are only open for a few days. Just try some of FP's exchanges, buy posting packages, or something to make your forum look a little more active. Make guests anxious to register and use your hosting company, not Google it, leave the page and move on to the next tab. Make yours successful.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
your staff get to support questions fast and look to be helping out as much as they can, you have no inactive staff and they keep the forum going. None of your staff seem to post spam or let spam postings go on the forum. You are almost the perfect size for a hosting forum. Support Questions are answered fast, and your customers are treated with the best respect I have seen in a while. User posts contain no spam, there are no abuse bots on your forum, and members post smoothly with other member. Great job on this part :great:

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
I can't tell if you are Pluto Host or PlutoHost. All of your forums say a different thing. Try and stick with one or the other in all of the forums. I would try to make announcement posts more professional, use better words. although some posts by other staff are nice length and contain great content. Just try and find a medium, as it is nearly impossible to be full professional on anything. Maybe try and have staff write announcements in drafts, to proofread and edit, and then finally to be posted on the forum to ensure you are putting our your best quality.

Final Remarks:
This is almost like every other Hosting forum out there. Just try and make it different using the tools given. Make sure you give the best content you can give and put up a professional front to new members.
