We are pleased to announce some exciting news, Pluto Hosting has recently acquired uzrhosting.com and it has now been merged and redirected into Pluto Hosting.

Changes:

The main change to occur is that support will now be provided by Pluto Hosting from within our Client Area and no longer from uzrhosting.com. If you are a uzrhosting.com client, you will need to reset your password here but please feel free to Contact Us if you have any questions regarding your client account.

Accounting Changes:

We are going to offer all clients of uzrhosting.com a price lock-down, which means that there will never be any price increases or changes for your existing service (assuming you don't make changes to it). Also, your billing information has already been fully migrated to us, and there will be a few important changes that you need to be made aware of:

First, any payments normally due in March will be moved to April 1st, 2012. At that time you will owe a pro-rated amount for your payment usually due in March. For example, if your normal payment date is March 15th, and you usually owe $0.99 per month, then on April 1st you will owe $1.49, covering the pro-rated amount of March 15th - March 31st ($0.49) + $0.99 for all of April 2012. After that, your renewal date will be set to the first of the month, regardless of when you used to pay uzrhosting.com. This change is being made to reconcile the differences between our accounting system and the system previously used by uzrhosting.com.

Also, Pluto Hosting offers a different range of payment methods, which are currently PayPal & AlertPay. If you have paid in an alternative way to one that has not been mentioned, then please contact our Management Department to arrange an alternative way to pay. Also, If you have a subscription, you will also need to cancel these payments subscriptions and re-subscribe your payments to us when you recieve your next invoice.

If you have any questions regarding the acquisition of uzrhosting.com, please feel free to contact the Administration Department for more information. We look forward to working with all the clients of uzrhosting.com from now on!

Hi there, I can get a WHMCS unbranded license for about $12.99 USD a month for our clients, from our upstream provider and help you set it up if you need assistance. Or alternatively, you can use Softaculous and get it set up that way.

We manually screen and set up domain orders, and then these can be managed from our client area. If you are looking for an automated process to sell domains to your clients, you would need to search for a domain reseller since we currently do not provide these services.

Okay thanks, I'll look into fixing it as soon as possible, but most of the NavBar will be separated into Drop Down Menus soon 😎
