Appearance
From the top part, I think you have quite a nice banner. It is rather small, though, and that ends up leaving a huge blank space between the banner and the live chat service picture. My idea would be more towards reorganizing the header so less space will be wasted (for example by shortening the navigation links and move it up between those two pictures) or resize the banner to make it quite big enough to fill the header space and leave the rest as pattern/structure only. It's up to you. The favicon is great, represents your website quite well. For the body of the index and the footer, I think they are tidy and well-organized. I have few things to say about the layout but I will save it for later. I like your idea of bringing the animation for various information to save space. For "stop" button maybe it will be better if the animation stops when a pointer hovers at it, since the button is far from the box. The footer is very packed, and the first column about your social networks is repetitive since you already have the links at the top, big blue box. Only post important links so it won't be so crowded and a bit confusing like that. The images used around the website are also great.
Layout
As has been mentioned a bit above, for the top part of your home page there is a lot of empty space in the header. You probably want to use it to expand your banner and offer more interesting/inviting design, or use it for your navigation menu. As it is it may be too long so you will have to shorten it. "Why Choose Us" for example can go with "About Us", and "Client Area" can be moved down together with the black navigation menu above the big blue box.
Scrolling down, I like what you have with the animation, but I think plan showcases should be outside, in a fixed place, where visitors can easily see it. It is what you have to offer anyway. Instead you give the place to links, announcements, and social networks. I think if you switch the place it would be better. Give space for the plan showcases and link them to a more detailed plan page, features info can be shorten and moved to big blue box, order form and client area can be moved to navigation bar above big blue box, then announcements and social network info can be made into animation like that. Better if it can be in form of lines like your "Notice" is so it saves space.
For the footer I think you only need a bit clean up; like I said before the first column is a repeat of social network links at big blue box. Taking it off will give you more space in the footer. I think what you need mainly is special offers and policies. Social networks can be there too.
Statistics and Activity
This is the part I can't write properly for website hosting, I believe you understand. From your community forums it doesn't look too active; I take it that your clients are working hard on their websites and that the host runs properly. Keep up the great work!
Content
This I can't judge much too. I'm not sure what hosts should actually provide, so I think you have provided all you can and that's already good. Grammar wise I don't see grave mistakes around, which is also a great effort. Just a minor one, like "Clicking Here" when the 'c' and 'h' should have been small. If you want them to stand out you can change the text color or make them bold and italic. Aside from that, all is great.
Organization and SEO
A search conducted at Google and Yahoo gave your website as first result for keywords "Pluto Hosting". However for other keywords, especially those you use in your website ("shared hosting", "reseller hosting", and so on) hasn't given a link back to your website. Your Google Page Rank is 3, a great number. Alexa Traffic Rank is 609,813 with 50 backlinks. I see quite many are at advertising/webmaster forums, which are the best choice to reach your target audience. Keep up the great work and spread the word out more to get more interest.
