Poignant movie: Life of Adaline

Although not a blockbuster in the box office, this movie was well crafted in terms of screenplay. Due a quirk of an accident, Adaline had become a sort of immortal that her body does not age. She remained 29 years old for many decades with her daughter looking like her grandmother. But romance gets in the story and the ending sees that Adaline gets back to being an ordinary mortal. Blake Lively played the role of Adaline. Others in the cast are Harrison Ford and Michiel Huisman.

The movie kind of reminded me of Highlander for some weird reason. But other than that I thought it was really really good.
