When I first clicked on the link to your forum, the first thing I saw was the banner. The banner is so important for appearence, some of it looks pixelated and makes it all look unprofessional. I thought thought the forums colours went well and made it all look neat and well organised. The forum icons are pretty good, they fit the theme very nicely - they many need to be neatened up around the edges. Shame about the banner ad at the bottom of the forum.

Layout:
The forum layout is nice, all the forums are laid out in a nice order and have nice short forum descriptions which keeps them all organised. I am not sure if the chat box really suits being in that position, not many people like them so I would consider maybe moving it to the bottom or to a seperate page. Your forum "Partners" would be more useful at the bottom, like most forums have - it looks much better with loads of images hanging around.

You currently have 19 members (minus the test account) which is a start. I suggest you so some link and post exchanges to increase your cumulative post count and your website traffic.

Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise):
Your main posting forum is "Spam=)" which is off-topic. I would suggest you get people posting in the main forums, start more threads to get people posting. Expand the Spam forum to different areas (like subforums for: Gaming, Media, Jokes, Graphics...) This gives much more organisation.

Moderation: I can see your forum doesn't need a massive amount of moderation, but the Administrator seems to be quite active so he/she has got it undercontrol. I would maybe add a few people as moderators to give the members a reason to return and post on your forum.

Your forum seems to have fairly new posts in it. Some of the main topic forums are not posted in at all. I stongly suggest you posts loads of threads in each forum to get current members posting in there.

The spelling and use of grammer on your forum is okay, some things like "Spam=)" may put people off and make the forum seem immature and not looked after. I suggest you just stick to plain English on forum names and descriptions.

Suggestions for future additions:
Move Chat Box or make it smaller, work on and banner or request a banner to give it a better appearence, you should also remove the "Partners" forum and put the images/links at the bottom with a marquee.
Best thing liked about the website/forums:
Colours and forum icons, they really make the forum flow well.

Host competitions, improve forum grammer and get a nice TLD.
