First Impressions - (14/20)
The first thing i notice is the banner isnt too good, the image on it is nice, But the Main text and motto is of a very bad quality, its very pixelated, Id reccomend using a more professional And better looking font for the "we all unite for justice". But it would probably be easier to just get a brand new banner, that stretches accross the whole page, not just to a side.
The skin isnt bad, Its nothing special and doesnt look too good, But it goes with Pokemon, The only thing id change is the "No new posts" and "New posts" Images on the index page, the "No new post" Image is of a bad quality, and is very pixelated around the edge of the pokeball. Id also reccomend getting similar "no new posts" and "New posts" images, as at the moment they are completely different.
Im going to give you 14/20 for this, as theres nothing that makes me say "Wow"

Site Layout - (16/20)
The main thing i notice about your site layout is the fact that a lot of your forums do not have any posts/threads. This issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible, as this will make your forum look a lot less active than it is. Normally if theres no posts/threads in a forum the forum isnt needed, If your hesitant to delete them, Maybe add a poll up somewhere in your forum asking people whether they are needed, or just ask staff.
The rest of the layout seems pretty good and standard, Im going to give you 16/20 for this, as its nicely done,

The forum isnt too old, only 18 days, 55 members isnt too bad in 18 days, A lot of forums do not get that, Congratulations. 686 Posts arent bad either, I dont think theres a lot i can Say wrong about this, so im giving you 19/20 as everything seems in order.

Staff Moderation - (20/20)
3 people with Moderating Permissions is a good number of people for the amount of activity your getting, Although i see another position is open. Once this new Moderator is hired i would suggest you wait until 100 members or so before hiring a new one.

Spelling and Grammar - (10/20)
Ive had a look around, spelling and grammar isnt of the highest standard, and theres a few big spelling mistakes that everyone can see "Fill out the appliaction and start rping" for example. Id reccomend using more capitals and double checking each forum name and description, this would make the forum look a lot more professional.
10/20 for this as its clear things havent been doubled checked.
