First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
When opening the forum, a Pokemon fan would definitely be able to tell they were on a Pokemon related forum. The banner is pretty well done, however, the "where will you end up?" text seems a bit hard to read. I'd maybe add a black stroke of 1 to it, or another color.
I'm glad to see you have a 'credits' area, but I think you should make it bigger so we don't have to struggle to read it. Honestly, the info center of your forum makes me feel like I'm a kid. I don't really like seeing that color chart, mainly because it's pretty big.
I'm glad you have custom Poke'images right next to user's names, but what does that mean? Does it mean they are that type of Pokemon, or something else?
When on the members page, the 'search available' drop down is completely squished together, and hard to read. If possible, maybe fix that.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I don't really care for how the board's descriptions look. They almost look like they were cut out and pasted there. To me, that makes the descriptions look as if they were scrunched together. I do, however, like that you have your affiliates in a board description.
Scrolling down your forum, the side of your forum is very cluttered. You have a welcome, navigation, updates, staff, C-box and winners, all right under each-other. It just looks very unorganized. I would suggest removing the (1) 'staff' box, as you can always make a topic saying who the staff are. (2) 'winners', as guests will not care about who won what. 3) Chatbox. This is something I hate. To come on a forum and see a Chatbox that has guest-enabled posting/viewing. Chatboxes can, in some cases, take away member activity and just have people chatting there more than the actual forum.
It is my honest opinion that if you join a forum, you join to talk there, not in a Chatbox.
For the 'staff' box, I can barely see anything. The background (see, Croagunk doesn't just annoy Brock
😛) makes it harder to see. If possible, make the text a brighter shade? Or darker, whichever works best to make it easier to see.
I am really not a fan of the Facebook area. Pokemon didn't have this, nor did they have cell phones (Actually, I think Misty [or May?] had one in an episode. But, still, in my opinion, Pokemon should be about catching Pokemon and having fun, not running to things such as FaceBook.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Seeing as it's a new forum, I'm not expecting to find allot of posts, nor will that be counted against you. I noticed that you have over 200 posts, with one member having over 100, and the rest have less. This sort of tells me you've been doing all the posting, with an exception of that one member. While I do think the admin should post allot, I also think it makes the admin look bad if he/she has about 200 posts more than the rest of members.
In total, your forum has over 680 posts, which is good for being open for almost a week.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Aside from you, there are 4 staff members. I do not see a need for that many staff. I'm not real picky on having 2 admins, as I do understand having a co admin and all. However, I just think 3 mods is a bit too much right now with your forum being new. You don't want potential members to feel intimidated that there are so many staff. Plus, I find it handy to have as less staff as possible.
If anything, just you, your admin, and one moderator for the time being is what I suggest. For the most part, your staff do log in regularly and post, which is a good thing. They also seem to act pretty well with the members, and be professional.

Other than that, I really don't see any spelling/grammar mistakes. The board descriptions seem pretty to the point and professional.

Final Remarks: Definitely an awesome Pokemon forum that has potential.
What was most liked about the website/forums: Had to be the fact that it was a dedicated Pokemon forum.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: The cluttered boxes on the side of the forum.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website? Being the Poke'Nerd that I am, I'd join if I had the time.
