Heres a quick review.
First of all I noticed your forum has a very confusing address, which would be hard to remember, for me anyways. I suggest you get one of the free .co.cc or .tk or something like that.
When I get to your forum I love the skin, jumps out and looks good. Suits the pokemon colour.
When I look at your category's I think the first one is perfect, but I think it would be good if you move the pokemon category up one as it is the main topic of your forum. But thats just my opinion.

You have a very nice theme. The Poke Ball does match the theme which is cool. But I don't see any banner and a navigation bar too. But it probably me or some lag just occurred.
"Feedback,Questions and Ideas" - I would recommend putting a space after the comma so it would look nicer.
"[only topic]Bug and Technical Support(for guests)" - I've checked this topic and I would recommend using your language arts skills. Always capitalize the first word of a sentence.
I only have access to the guess forum. I don't like this idea because guests can't view the discussions which create less attraction.
Try getting a Co.CC domain name just to make a simpler.
