First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Well, I can tell by the look and URL your forum is invisionfree, but for invisionfree, your forum looks really nice. I like how it goes along with the theme of your forum. Green is a hard color to pull off, but your forum makes it look very nice. Most of the default icons have been changed which is impressive. The one thing I didn't like too much is that your banner's font looks...old in a way, I don't know. It just doesn't match up that much with your skin. That's minor and so very nice job on the look.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your site is organized well. All the forums match their category nicely, and the order is all right. The welcome message isn't intrusive on the index. However, it appears on every single page, which is very annoying, and makes it more difficult to read a topic. My suggestion? Just have it appear on the index. If that's somehow not possible, remove it or make it at least not move. The only other complaint I have s the fact you have way too many staff groups

Could that not be shortened at least to Owner, Admin, Moderators, Retired Staff, Member, Banned? It looks weird as it is now.

Your statistics are really good. 180K+ posts and 700+ members is good for a forum of any age. Keep up the good work!

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Oh my, I don't think I've seen a forum more overstaffed then yours. You have 10 admins, which itself is more than enough for 3 forums. I can not imagine any forum needing any more than 3 or 4 at the most. Then you have 17 moderators, meaning you have 27 moderating staff members. That is crazy, I understand RPGs take work, but surely it can be run without 27 people. I suggest you stop hiring staff for a very very long time, and keep holding off even when some resign. It's really intimidating to see that much staff on a forum.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Overall, your spelling was OK. I did notice some errors. Here they are:
"An exstensive mountain that covers most of the region, its peak is an intense, active Volcano that spews lava almost every hour. "A very attractive, sprawling city. All the buildings are pink, The Residents only wear pink , Furthermore all the Pokemon in Pink City are...pink. If someone enters the city in something thats not pink the residents will become confused and on rare occasions aggressive..." should be, "A very attractive, sprawling city. The "Diamond Town" forum description needs a period at the end.
I'm sure there are a few more, but the ones listed above are the only noticeable ones. As far as professionalism, I would fix the spelling up and reduce the number of staff.
