First Impressions & Appearance

On landing at your forum for my first visit I noticed the huge banner/logo straight away. While the logo itself is very nice and better than some I've seen before, the size is what really bother's me. Before I can even begin to view the forum I have to scroll down from the header which is more than usual on forums which have a smaller logo. If you made the logo half the size it is now, you will save some space and un-needed scrolling. The color's are very nice. They go well with the logo color's and are a great choice for the genre of your forum.

Site Layout

I am not quite sure why you have a forum dedicated to rules. I think this section could most likely be removed and the rules made into announcements. If you don't want to remove it, try adding it as a sub-forum under 'Announcements & News'. I'd most definitely remove the guest access forum aswell, or at least disallow guests from posting. You are leaving your board open to automated SPAM posts and it could end up taking you much needed time deleting/removing each of the topics/posts that a BOT makes. The idea of the affiliates table at the bottom is great, although they scroll way to fast to be able to look at the images. Even though we can stop the scrolling by hovering over it, you should think about making the scroll speed slower.
Other than that,. I think you have everything in the correct place. Although I tend not to like shoutboxes on forums, you have placed at the bottom, not the top which would have been a mistake.

Statistics and Activity

Your forum is near enough 3 months old now and you have 306 posts. This is averaging around 100 posts each month. To be quite honest, this isn't particularly good. At the 3 months old stage you should ad least be double that amount. Try doing some exchanges with some fellow members at Forum Promotion and if you have enough FP, you could always pay for topics/posts.

Staff Moderation

For the size of your board it's disappointing to see you have 4 staff members. Three administrators and one global moderator isn't exactly good for a forum your size. At the very least you should have only one administrator and one global moderator and as your board grows add new members of staff. However, you may have different reasons as to why you have this many, so enough said on that behalf. I couldn't see any flame wars or SPAM across your board so I can only assume you are doing a great job on this part.
