You start with four cards
You have to use two cards unless you have quads then you use one cards plus the kicker.
Say there are three 6's on the flop, a Queen and a king come down.
If you have a queen or king that's not a full house, you need to have a pair in your hand to have a full house.
If you have a 6 and an ace then that's quads,
For quads you use the 6 and your highest card as its the best five cards.
I hope that makes it a bit clearer.
Plus Omaha is usually pot limit so you can't go all in with aces or kings you can only bet the pot.

I find that bluffing usually doesn't work for big pots and it's best to try and avoid bluffing and just play a tighter game, you will get more success from playing better hands and win a lot more tournaments.
Poker is a very interesting game. People say it's all luck, but I say a small portion is. You need to go in with a strategy and not get caught by it. I personally like playing Texas Hold'em. If they can't read your mind, they can't read your cards 🙂
