It may be a bit over 24 hours for this one as I will be a bit busy this evening, but I shall get it done tonight.

Appearance (First Impressions): A first look at your forum, I see a really good skin, but the thing that stands out is the banner. I would suggest getting a full size banner that is dark rather than red. When I click on a forum, the thing that also stands out is the New topic/New Poll buttons. They are blue, which doesn't match your theme. As I'm not sure if you can control this, I won't take off, but if you can, I would really suggest replacing them with grey ones. The same issue is with the on/off buttons on the forum index, as they are default/ugly/blue. I would suggest replacing them with more pokemon themed icons, as it will make the appearance a lot better. As a guest, the large number of posts in forum games and Fujo Region, and the lack of posts elsewhere, turns me off to your forum. I really suggest that you spread out the posts more evenly, as it will make the forum look a lot bigger if there are a few hundred posts in each forum rather than just one big forum. I don't know if you can move it/change the apperance of it, but I think that your chatbox belongs further up in your forum, and it should be full screen, along with the:

Image as a header. Something that I do like about the appearance (and that I think you did wisely on) is you affiliated with pokemon forums. Serebii.net would be a good affiliate if they are willing to affiliate with out.
Overall mark for Appearance 15/20
Layout: I think this is the biggest thing you have to work on. Two forums have over 800 posts, and all the rest have less than 300 posts. I would suggest combining as many as you can (but still leave a few on the forum index page) or at least make subforums, so that the forum index will show an about equal amount of posts in each forum.

Number Of Members: For a forum that just started less than a month ago, you have a good amount of members, but there are a lot of pokemon forums out there. Right now it doesn't look that bad, but it may slow down.

Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): I think that you need to spead out the posts more. As the Fujo Region is the main reason why people are on your forum, I can understand why there are so many posts in there, but I think that you should get people away from the forum games and more into regular chat on the forum. The actual number of posts on your forum is great though!

Moderation: I think that you have TOO many admins/mods. You have an owner, co-owner, admin and countless mods. I would suggest not hiring anymore for a while, or demoting them if they become inactive.

Activity: I think you get a great amount of activity, especially in your RPG. As I said before, try to get the activity in other forums as well, (and away from forum games too).
