First Impressions - (Out of 20)
When viewing PokeUniverse I noticed some bad/good things, One being good. Is the logo I think it looks extremely cool and very well made. One thing that I noticed is your using invisionfree domain. I have nothing against you using it but. Maybe even go and find a .tk domain just something a bit shorter.
Also The template is a bit old, And over used. Another thing that I noticed that was good is you instantly add news about newly upcoming contests. You also had news on the top which makes me want to read and maybe stay for a bit. Having news on a website for newly/ old members is always good to make sure your members are up to date on either. What's going on with your website. Or knowing which contests to enter and the prizes ect... (Scored 14/20)
Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The layout is overused on many invisionfree websites. You should look into finding one that may have more of a Pokemon feeling to it. However the logo/banner does look nice, And mainly matches the current skin you have set right now. However you do have a lot of sectional forums. Meaning way to much off- topic stuff. You may want to look into making more sub sections so not everything is NOT viewable on the main forum part.
I also like how you have added a shoutbox for your members/staff to be more active towards each other. And the affiliates section at the bottom fits in very nicely. I noticed that you have "squares" for users/ newly coming guests to view who is who as staff on your website, I think that this is very organized and well used on your part. Very nice job! Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
By viewing the bottom of the website the "Forum Statistics" I have noticed that you have 43 registered users, Which is not bad, However I think that you could get a bit more by advertising on different websites. However making 8k of posts is a very nice achievement with only 8 people being active. I was very impressed by those statistics. ~cheesey_grin~ Just overall an amazing job on your part! Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
It seems that you and your staff do a fine job upon making sure the forums, Are user ready. And that everyone can enjoy a nice community without having to deal with those spam threads. Just overall well made environment you should thank your staff because they are truly doing a nice job keeping your website up. I also noticed that all topics that are important are either a sticky,locked, Thread very nice job! ~cool~ (Scored 19/20)
Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
PokeUniverse as far as I could see states/ says everything with great spelling and grammar. Meaning all the topics,sections,forum areas. Everything! Is mainly spelled and used correctly, In the right sense. Very nice job on this. (Scored 20/20)

I disliked the style the most, Because that is basically one of the main templates that people use at first, I think that you should defiantly look into finding a Pokemon one. To suit your website a bit better. Plus I think this would attract more people to coming. And staying at your website for a long time.
