Police Stands by Tiger Woods

The Florida Highway Patrol has announced clearly that Tiger Woods' one-car accident is still under investigation, some media reports on the details of that investigation are incorrect.
"Contrary to various media reports, the Florida Highway Patrol has not made any comments regarding the details of the ongoing crash investigation involving Tiger Woods as it relates to medical information, or any other aspect of this investigation," Florida Highway Patrol Sgt. Kim Montes said.

My dad was telling me about some of the details of the crash, Seems rather odd to me. However I agree with Tiger that personal issues should not be plastered all over the papers and magazines.

He is a pubic figure and his life is public property as far as media is concerned. That's what sells papers and makes the media what it is today.
