Hey guys... I was wondering if any of you like to do anything special with your popcorn? In the movie theater my husband and I like to put jalapenos in our popcorn. A friend did it once which I found strange at the time but ended up falling in love with it. lol

At home I tend to mix popped popcorn, butter, and cereal (I know weird right? lol) my favorite concoction is with cocoa pebbles or frosted flakes.

I plan on writing a more extensive piece on this in my blog but I just wanted to reach out to you guys and ask...

How do you like your popcorn?

😀

This is an odd, yet, interesting question. Honestly, I don't really do anything special with popcorn. At the theatre, there's the movie theatre butter-that's a must-and at home, I sometimes will sprinkle cheese power on top. I also make it the old fashioned way at home, in a pot and on the stove. I don't use the prepackaged bags.

Popcorn is best not mixed with random foods, I like popcorn as it is. 😛

toffee popcorn is my favorite. It's very sweet so good in small doses. xD

Plain old popcorn for me, sometimes I'll do caramel over my popcorn and it tastes amazing.

I cannot stand when people put pepper on their popcorn though. 😛

I used to like this 'spicy salsa popcorn' that was sold during fundraisers when I was in school. It was like salsa was on it, it tasted really good. I also liked the cheddar popcorn. But I'm usually really just happy with buttered popcorn! :3 Classic and it's yummy.

I just add salt or some spice to it. My favorite is Kettle Corn. 😀

I was hoping to get more crazy responses. lol But that's ok! 😉

Do you guys have any local "gourmet" popcorn places? Usually at these places you can get some pretty interesting options. My husband's favorite combination is dill/ranch popcorn. It's really tasty!
