Well, I've had 'The Orange Box' for well over a year now and still hadn't played it. Today, I decided to give the game 'Portal' a go which was one of the 5 games in the 'box'.

Gotta say it is an awesome game!

You have a portal gun which shoots 2 portals. One which you enter and the other which you come out at. You must use the portal gun to get to the end of each level, each one getting harder and harder.

Definately give it a go, although it is fairly short with just 19 levels. Though they do get very challenging towards the end.

And GLaDOS, the robot that talks to you throughout the game has the most annoying voice lol

Portal is an awesome game! I have it on the 360 and PC (don't ask me why). I can't wait for the second one to come out, I'm so excited!

I have it on PC and Mac.

It was free for Mac when Steam released their OSX version.

Portal was a pretty awesome game. I was only able to play it for a short while but it was fun ;D

What's so funny about it? A lonely computer all alone in a base, betrayed by her creators, forcing her to spazz? I think what aperture did the GLaDOS OS was horrible :/

Also, after the update on portal, as the game ends and you are being sucked through the roof, go to your console (the ~ key) and type "sv_cheats 1" then "noclip." As the ending cutscene comes on, you are able to move around. Look around and you see the alternate ending through third person. Chell being carried away by the submission bot... but it's not a submission bot.
