Is it possible to be punished by search engines for submitting too many like 100+ of all unique and quality hand written articles with descriptive anchor texts on embedded links and guest posts in a few days to article directories, and related blogs which agreed to accept guest post.

Doing a lot of forum, blog, social networking, etc commenting with a link back to your site in a few days?

Posting 50+ articles a day on your own website, blog, or forum where it might seem kind of automated/scraper blog to search engines since the typical website only has 5 or fewer new posts on blogs.

If you don't use any machine or anything than you will most likely be safe. You won't be able to submit enough each day to make them do much to do. Just don't spam your link and don't use any of those backlink machines which make 10,000 backlinks in 10 minutes for you.

Google can tell if back links are legit, if your back links have nothing to do with your site then those back links are not going to help you. Also, Google can tell if you obtain a large amount of back links in a short time they have an algorithm that then checks to see if the back links match your avg daily traffic...

A site that only receives less than 50 unique visits per day that have over 800 back links in less than two weeks, Google will nail the site in its rack and stack, Now their are services that time releases back links and even do so to relevant sites but those type services cost more than the avg cheat back link systems.

In the end, cheating is not going to keep you on top.
