First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)

When I first viewed your site I wasn't to keen on the theme because the dark grey used on the background didn't give me a good feeling of the site. Perhaps if you started of with the grey and worked your way down to white then red then it would look 100% better. Not to worry though the rest of the theme done it for me. I would like to start with the banner, it was nice and neat and you used the same icon that was getting used throughout the full forum. One thing that I noticed that the '4' is a lighter red and would ook better and suit the board better if it was a little bit darker than the red icon. I noticed in your slogan that you had ''Post Exchange'' and honestly you should probably add ''& More'' as you offer a lot more. I wasn't to keen on where the navigation bar was placed as I felt the banner should be put above there and the navigation below but I understand that it probably came there by default although it probably would look better. One of the first things I noticed was you had an ad right next to the banner and I don't know why but it just didn't look right, perhaps finding a better place to put it like in a category or forum above posts or next to the submit button. Overall quite a nice theme and an all right first impression.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)

For a Post4Posts site I expected a bit more such as having your own marketplace for members to buy posts, trade posts, sell posts, possibly forums, websites, blogs, or members own services. You have quite a general layout and was very simple as you have subbed most forums although I would work on making your index bigger a little bit. Possibly add Forum Games, Debates, Role Playing, Technical Discussion, General Life Discussion, things along the line like that. I wasn't to sure about some of the sub-forums though as you should delete all the sub-forums in the sub-forums as they can just be in one big plate of discussion. You could be doing with adding some more webmaster/advertising discussion such as member reviews, brainstorming, technical support and all that. Possibly along with that a tutorial forum icluding game tutorials, creation tutorials, computer tutorial and all that wacky stuff.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

For a Post4Posts forum I would have expected you too get the forum out there as most forums like your have thousands of posts within 2 - 3 weeks and it doesn't seem to be working with you. I would suggest getting you and your staff doing 5 - 10 topics or more each day and at least replying to them when possible or you could try using some forum services like doing graphics for posts, or forum cash exchanges, packages, or just promote any where and use the services a site has to offer. I would also consider getting paid posters, say 75 posts per week for £5 pounds and atleast ten of them being topics or you can do 200 posts for £10 or whatever you feel comfortable with. Also I noticed not a lot of members have logged in today only four in the past 24 hours, I know how hard it is to keep members active although there should be 10 and more active users per day. If you want to keep members from logging out you may want to try this: when a member registers they get five free posts. When a member posts 10 posts they get fifteen posts, or when a member posts x amount of posts you post at least ten more than they did. Also offer some competitions daily to keep members satisfied with the forum.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)

Out of three staff members, two of them have logged in of recent and one hasn't been active for about four weeks. You should consider deleting your site developer and the group and just keep two staff. You and your other member of staff should start developing things from PM or a staff room if you have one. You and your other staff member seem to be doing a A okay job on the forum and keep up that level of professionalism. You two both seem to be enforcing the rules fine and are doing a good job although the lack of effort put into keeping the members on the forum is poor and should definitely improve on creating a wider open relationship with members.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)

I never noticed much grammar or spelling mistakes in the descriptions although I would suggest making your descriptions more detailed and more enthusiasm into them. Also I noticed that you have a Forum Advertising directory, why do you not have a directory for Websites or Blogs, although you would have to mend the blog and website forums together as most categories are the same.
You should also change your General Discussion description to, ''Discuss anything that does not fit in with the forums below''.

Final Remarks: Good site although it can work on the posting side of things.
