I don't know what they're called, but it's like this thing on here where the more you post, the more your ad is shown. Are there other forums or blogs which have this feature?

Not sure if you knew it but there was a promotion forum called ForumHour. If you were the highest poster in the last hour then your banner would automatically be displayed for a whole hour. It was quite cool really.

Some website offer's it but I never came across one

If this one gives 400 visitors a month via this way, then 10 more (of equal power) would be 4000 a month.

Traffic exchanges might work similarly, but I think they're rip-offs.
