Currently here are the rates:
1 FP for every post made in general talk (Sandbox doesn't count)
1 FP for every post made in other forums
2 FP for every post made in gaming forums
2 FP for topic made in introduction forum
3 FP for every topic made in any forum

You have to make quality posts. 🙂
You can post as much as you like. There's a limit of 20 posts for each user right now. 🙂

Not to be rude but these are incredibly low price. Most users pay about 10 FP per post.
