Post Circles are back. At one point they were known as posting rings. As I want these to run smoothly, I am not doing the posting circles myself. You can be assured that they will be run efficiently and you will get the most out of your time and effort.

So, what is a Post Circle?
A Post Circle is simply a group of 10 members that agree to make a small amount of posts on each member's forum every day. However, it is not required to make the posts each day - as long as the post requirement is met WEEKLY.

Why should I join a Post Circle?
At times it is hard to keep track of all of your exchanges.
Sometime's it is annoying to make 20 posts on each forum for 5 forums just to get 100 posts on your own forum.
Wouldn't it be easier to make 5 posts a day on 9 different forums and get 315 posts on your forum per week? 5 posts is a small number and it is easy to manage. It's easy to find 5 threads to reply to on one forum; even small ones! In 7 days that's 35 posts per forum, 315 posts per week (for all 9 other forums) and it is not as daunting as making a high amount of posts in one day!

How do I join?
Reply with the Request Form (find it below). By submitting this request form you are agreeing to a full commitment of 5 posts per day, on the 9 other forums. That comes to 35 posts per week on each forum, and 315 posts in total per week.

It is up to YOU to report participants that have not completed their end of the commitment. You should personally speak to the member first to see if they have forgotten or miscounted their posts.

Request Form
Code:
[url=YOUR FORUM URL]YOUR FORUM NAME[/url]

By requesting you are agreeing to follow each forum in the Post Circle's terms and conditions/rules as well as their host's rules. You must never publicly disclose your involvement in a Post Circle on the forums you are posting on.

Do not join if:
-Your internet is unreliable
-You may not be able to complete 35 posts in 7 days, for each forum (coming to 315 total)
-You are unwilling to write quality posts that are at LEAST 3 sentences that are on topic to the thread you are replying to

---
Go ahead and reply with the Post Circle and ask questions if they are not already answered in this thread.

Re: Post Circle ~ All your exchanges done for you, easy set

It sounds like a good idea, but ( there has to be one) how do you ensure the posts are made where you want them, and how do you ensure quality, what specifies a post, 20 words, 30 words etc ?

Re: Post Circle ~ All your exchanges done for you, easy set

Well that's up to the people in the Post Circle. If a user is posting low quality posts tell them to improve their posting. If they don't improve then please PM me or talk with the other Post Circle members (or both). I can put them on a list of users that can't participate.

You can always just stop posting on their forum if they continue to not post quality content.

Generally in the past Post Circles (then called Posting Rings) were very personal and users talked to each other to figure out what was considered a post. In my mind a post is something that can contribute to a discussion or spark new ones. Usually I post at least a paragraph, but many users allow a few sentences as a good enough post.

Also, posts should never be made in Forum Games and you should really only have one Introduction thread (your own) - and you don't go welcoming other members.
The main point is to improve the quality and activity on each others forums.

ELITE NINTENDO

I'm in^^ If I ever come to a period which doesn't allow me to post anymore, I'll guarantee I tell beforehand and finish the week I'm in^^

-- 25 Sep 2012, 14:17 --

question, we have 2 admins (other's username here is "eitje"). Is it possible that I ask the admin to be a part of a second "circle"?

Once a second circle starts. A site cannot be entered twice in one circle though.
