I really dont know what is forum exchange ? How to do that? What are the uses of it ?
And what is exactly 5/5 forum exchange and 20/20 forum exchange ?

Okay, a post exchange is something that helps a forum get posts. By 5/5 or 20/20, it means that for every 5 or 20 posts I did on your forum, you would do the same amount back. It's a way of helping other communities stay active.
