It said error code was ex2 or something like that, and it wanted me to contact the administrator.

Grimalkini has already posted it, Yes your register page is giving me error when I try and join.

One: Check your permissions in your ACP (look for guests).
Two: Go thought and run the support tool on your ACP and then send an ticket to the support team
