since the other one is down (I heard that cz.cc was unreliable and am starting to wonder if that might be true. Hope it's not illegal if I have different states of the forum.)
That site is kinda picky about that link thingy being there.
They absolutely REQUIRE it so, whether or not it would be ok to have it right there, they said that it must be visible on FIRST page without scrolling down and that if I don't and their bot catches it, I could have my account deleted and my domain deactivated or something to that effect.
I tried my best.
If they deactivate it, I'll be mad and blacklist them.
I had a joke in the rules for that thing, which I made as a forum so I could show it all,
might change to link later if possible.
Anyway, I joked that if they deactivated it, that all agents of co.nr would be permanently banned from my site.
Put that in the rules.
