Post exchanges are a pretty popular withing the FP community. I personally think they're an awesome way to get the beginning activity. Although, a lot of communities seem to rely on them to solely drive all of their posts, they're still one of the only ways to get that beginning content to lay a foundation on your forum. Active/active are by far the best type of exchanges, and they really benefit your community in the long-run by having another active member. What about you? How do you use post exchanges (if at all)?

I saw that this had zero replies and it made me sad. 😛

I love post exchanges. Like you had mentioned, they really are a great way to get things started and they have served to be very helpful for me. I just do the typical 'You make 5 posts, I'll make 5 posts" kind of deals. Sometimes I'll do a daily or monthly exchange too where we have to meet a quota each month or week. They are very neat and I enjoy utilizing this feature for sure.

I recently started doing the in the past few weeks, I usually do a 5/5 or a 10/10 with another member, I try to do it with multiple so it isn't the same person posting. I think they're a good way to get activity. It's also kind of fun to me. 😛
