Post Exchanges system

When you do Post Exchanges, what is your system to keep track? I do several of them & what I do is keep track in Word. I have them listed as days of the week so i.e. Monday I do X forum & X amount of posts. I also detail how many has been done for both parties.

I don't do more than I can chew.
I work on each request at a time.
I do want to increase eventually. So, I'd probably go your route but use a spreadsheet instead.

It depends on how big and how many 🙂 If I was doing a one time single post exchange that is around 5 content then I just do it 🙂

If I was doing on going exchanges that are paid or not that can be 50 or 100 or even 200 pieces of content then I use Notepad and number how many that I have done on that day till I get to the amount of content.

It depends on how many I'm working on at a time. Though I try to limit myself so that I don't get overwhelmed. I also remind myself throughout the day if it's a daily exchange so I don't forget to log in and complete my part.

I take one order at a time, I don't take another order unless I have completed the previous order. That's how I track my exchanges.

I keep track of my orders by keeping them in a word pad document and noting how much I need to complete and keeping it updated as I make posts. It's not the most ideal for everyone but it does work for me and I find it easy to keep on track doing that method.
