What do you do when you enter a post exchange with someone, and it doesn't quite work out the way you expected? Perhaps the person delayed for a long time in getting started, or the person made some really short posts, whereas you made 3 sentence posts? What's your solution?
I got to amiit with my life and time that I stop out of the blue but that's down to life at times, I never really had an evil one to the point it turned into a ROCK
I would obviously try to do post exchanges with people who I already know, or who already have some sort of traction doing a paid posting service. That gives me a much more clear mind knowing that what I'm doing isn't a complete waste of time.
It can be frustrating, you have done your own part of the bargain and the other person is not fulfilling his’. That is why I prefer exchange for forum points or money. When the deal is complete you pay up, which is quite simple.
There is no excuse for one not coming through with agreement. It’s just not cool too.
If the posts are not OK, I just delete them from my community. I usually don't request redos, even for paid posting. Only once I lost my cool on a guy from a freelancing platform, whom I paid handsomely and he posted junk. I deleted all and told him he either learns to post or gives me back my money. He proved to be a decent poster, but I had my eyes on him like a hawk 😀
I think as long as both parties are clear in their expectations before starting then you can avoid these scenarios. You will still get some who don’t hold up their end of the bargain and it’s a chance you take but then you just don’t use them again.
