Where do I add this.

I am really a newbie, and have no idea what the following means..

Click the Download button above to download your Postloop file
Extract the contents of the download to your local computer
Upload postloop.php to your forum's root directory. This is where the "index" page of your forums is located. The Postloop forum root, for example, is at http://www.postloop.com/community/, so we would therefore upload postloop.php to http://www.postloop.com/community/postloop.php


*** The location that you upload postloop.php to is very important. If you do not upload to the correct location, it will not work!!

Seems complicated just means open for FTP program or cpanel program the thing that gets you into your website files and upload the postloop files correctly. 😀 There you go. 😀

Download the file for your forum software and extract it and then upload the file to your forum's root directory.

it will be in a winrar file , so just open it and get the postloop.php . you just open the cpanel and upload this file to the your index place.
