Post Your Desktop Wallpaper!

Ok so this is the first time I have ever really customized an OS like this, so this is basically a work in progress.

Currently using:

Default shiki-wise theme (going to edit it later on to my liking)
Compiz / Compiz Fusion on highest Animation and Effects
AWN
Screenlets (Sidebar in use)
Standard GNOME Firefox theme (can't really find any good ones that I like outside of the GNOME one)

He doesn't know that was my first time ever customizing an OS like that, and I've only been on linux for a short time. 😉

And I customized it for myself, not to appeal to anyone else.

Yes he does, I did tell him... he even read what you said, he's too lazy to make an account. He says his first time was better than that.

Why try to customise something you've only been on for a short peice of time? That's just kind of stupid... would be better knowing how to actually use it first.

Customised it for yourself? That's a fall back excuse or you wouldn't have posted it to try and show off.

Trying to use mint linux, but can't partition my external HD to work w/o when i install mint it formats drive/see's it as a full drive not split

Well since you are using windows,might I suggest installing it inside of windows. It is much easier that way.

Just start windows,pop in the cd,and click install inside windows.

Thats what I do for whoever wants to try linux. It makes it alot easier for them to try it and remove it .

Limewire, frostwire, Azures are illegal programs, bittorrent and uTorrent were made for hosting purposes but are being used to illegally download... and I'll bet you $5 everyone that has posted a wallpaper that has either of those programs there with files of payed programs/games/music have illegally downloaded it. 😛

P2P programs aren't illegal either, just like torrent clients and torrents aren't. It's what is downloaded that is illegal if it's copyrighted material.
