Appearance
When I first visit your forum I feel quite overwhelmed by the strong green colour of your theme. I find it hard to focus on the content on your site due to the strong contrasts. I would like to suggest you investing in, or finding a good free, theme. The first reason for this is because this forum doesn't look like a forum which has anything to do with hosting or discussion. It looks like a media forum. I would like to see a light theme on your forum that has some dark inspiration, such as a dark header. A new logo which maybe has an image of a server in it and board makers which match more. Currently you are using images of a pile of papers and some kind of megaphone, I have no idea what these are actually meant to represent.
The Connect with Facebook button doesn't match any other parts of the theme and neither does the odd affiliate button which is just sticking up in the footer. Again, I believe you need a new theme.
Layout
In the first section you only have one board which is being used as an advert. I believe a proper ad banner would be better than using a redirect link. The second section has 5 boards, each of them only having around 15 threads in each which really isn't very much. I can't really see why you are providing information on other providers of free VPS, surely you want to keep the visitors who are coming to your site? The same goes for the paid VPS, why would you want to send your visitors elsewhere? I would suggest keeping the News board and Suggestions board. Make the reviews board a sub-board for the suggestions board and remove the other two boards promoting other VPS providers.
The second section has 5 boards and again, none of them have enough posts to be their own board. Considering the concept of your forum I would expect there to be a lot more posts in this section and I start to wonder how many clients you actually have. The board descriptions are poorly written and have large grammatical mistakes.
Statistics and Activity
You only have 310 threads and 1900 posts. For a forum that has been open for nearly a year these statistics really aren't very good. I would expect a lot more posts in this space of time, especially considering the nature of your forum.
The activity on your forum doesn't seem to be very good. Lots of the boards haven't received posts for over a week. With a forum like this where members are required to post a certain amount of posts monthly to keep their VPS I would expect a lot more activity of members wanting to keep the service they are provided with.
Content
Looking at the content the quality is pretty poor. As an admin you don't use proper grammar and spelling and your announcements and information posts are often just a few lines. I don't get a very professional feel from your website which would worry me if I wanted to use your service. You have to remember that people who are getting a VPS from you will be hosting their website on your server and don't want to wake up one morning to find all their hard work gone.
Organisation and SEO
You have a PR of 1 and I am unable to locate your site on Google when I search for post for VPS and free vps. These are keywords which I would expect you to rank well in. You seem to have been doing some SEO work though with 62 sites linking in and a 400000 traffic ranking on Alexa. You have also claimed your site on Alexa but I was unable to find an image or a custom description. This is something you should consider adding. All in all your SEO looks to be on the right track.

This was a difficult site for me to review and I get the impression you are very keen to make your site grow and work. You need to work on your professional management of the site and to promote it more to get people posting. Right now the forums activity is far too low for the time it has been open and for the niche. Get a new theme, advertise hard and post a lot and I believe your site will do well. As long as you are able to provide the service you are offering at a good quality I believe that you will do very well. Good luck
