Do people still use those? I want to create one but I am not sure if its worth the trouble of making it...I plan to use two forums where you can post in exchange for hosting, promotion clerk and admins forum. So my main questions is would someone use it?

Don't recommend unless you're going to be SUPER dedicated to it.

They would, but other sites would look more appealing due to the established nature thereof.

Post 2 Host industry is dead now.. people are buying paid website hosting instead as it's more trusted Paid 2 Host websites normally go offline/dead after two months or so online that's why people don't trust them any more.
